I had a mixed experience at Hotel Amrta. While I initially had concerns about our booking and the condition of the rooms, the staff, particularly Amar, was incredibly helpful. The location is prime, right in the heart of the market, but the General Manager's lack of responsiveness was disappointing. The breakfast was less than satisfactory, affecting the overall value.
